The Customer Services organization provides a point of contact for the customer on all technical assistance and service matters throughout the product life cycle. These to include installation support either OEM or retrofit, training of crew and maintenance personnel, technical publications and repair and product servicing. While providing 24/7 services, Customer Service also collects failure/reliability data and prepares system performance reports to identify failure trends. Based on these, it recommends changes to improve performance and product quality. Because airline needs vary, Lumexis Customer Services is flexible and proactive to accommodate the operational requirements of its customers.
